Our Ranger and Community Safety Services can help with a variety of different issues or requests. Please select from the following options:

Vehicles

Abandoned vehicles
Illegal parking

Animals

Lost dogs and cats
Nuisance dogs
Cat registration
Dog registration
Livestock and wildlife
A security car driving around the neighbourhood

Holiday Watch Patrol

In the excitement and rush to organise your holiday, home security can easily be forgotten. To assist residents, the City offers a holiday watch patrol at no extra cost.

Residents who register will have their property patrolled while they are away. To register, submit a request online or call 1300 422 664.

Abandoned shopping trolleys
  • Off road vehicles – if you see or know of a person riding illegally on roads please call Police assistance on 131 444, or on parks and reserves, please call the Ranger and Community Safety Service on 1300 422 664.
