Disposal of Property – Lot 1150 No 67 Riley Road, Riverton

Council, at its meeting held on 16 June 2026, resolved to support the disposal of a portion of the Riverton Leisureplex Building at Lot 1150 No 67 Riley Road, Riverton.

It is a requirement of Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City disclose the following information for public consideration.

The City of Canning proposes to lease an 88sqm portion of the building at 67 Riley Road, Riverton to Activate Life Rehabilitation Pty Ltd trading as Revive Physio (WA) for the consideration of $35,000 ex GST per annum for 2 + 2 + 2 years. The market value of this disposition was assessed at $35,000 ex GST per annum in March 2026.
