Urgent requests
If the request relates to broken glass from a bus shelter, please report it to the City by calling 1300 422 664. This will allow an Officer to respond with the highest priority.
Make a report to the City
The following requests can be submitted to the City:
- damage to bus shelters, including damaged seats and bins (with advertising panels) at bus stops
- requests for new bus shelters or seats at current bus stops
- if the request relates to graffiti on bus shelters, please refer to Graffiti.
New bus stops
Requests for new bus stops in locations where there is not currently a stop, should be directed to the Public Transport Authority on 9326 2000.
Request
- To request new bus shelter and seats, please complete the request form.
- A City officer will investigate within the next ten (10) working days.
- If you are unable to find the correct address when submitting the request, please contact us.
