What options are available to receive detailed planning advice and / or approval?

For the City’s formal advice / determination for the specific planning matters the City recommends you choose the most suitable option below:

• Lodge a request for Written Planning Advice
• Lodge a Deemed-to-Comply Check
• Lodge a Development Application
• Lodge a Subdivision Clearance Application

These can be lodged through the City’s Online My Canning Portal.
