There’s always plenty going on at Canning Village with the teams from City of Canning supporting the Canning Show!

At the Canning Show there will be three sessions running across two days packed with fireworks, Sideshow Wonderland rides, carnival games, the Stay & Play Zone, show bags, Farmland Animals, Food World, music, face painting, pony rides, performers and much, much more. Plus much of it comes FREE, included with tickets!

The Show will is held over three different Sessions:
🎪 SESSION 1: Friday 1 November (5-10PM) come visit the Youth Services and Community Safety team.
🎪 SESSION 2: Saturday 2 November (9AM-4PM) come visit the Canning Libraries, Strategic Waste and the Sustainability teams.
🎪 SESSION 3: Saturday 2 November (5-10PM)
Please note: Tickets are non-transferable (neither between sessions nor people)

Want to know more about community safety in Canning? Join the City’s Community Safety team and Neighbourhood Watch group to find out more about our programs and services on Friday night, and enter in on our annual Community Safety Survey for your chance to win. (Session one only)

Take some time out on Friday night and chill with the Youth Services team. There will be giveaways, competitions, giant games and more. Pop down and see the friendly team to ask about the current Youth programs. (Session one only)

Have fun while learning how to waste less and recycle right with the Strategic Waste team. Visitors can try their hand at waste sorting games and become a responsible recycler, with staff on hand to answer all your curly questions. (Session two only)

Join us to find out all about the library services and discover programs and events happening in your community spaces with the Canning Libraries’ On the Go Van. Play on the Switch or have a chat about what you’d like to see in our libraries. (Session two only)

Have a go at some Zumba on Saturday morning (10.30am) and snap a photo with Ranger Buddy. Or see how electric cookware tastes just as yummy. (Session two only)
