Children's parties

A confirmation email with booking details will be sent once you have:

1. Completed and submited the web booking form (see links below).
2. Paid the required non-refundable $50 deposit at the time of booking.

Please note:

• Parties are subject to price increases without notice.
• Changes to the time or date must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.

• Pool and Splash Jungle Party: Submit the guest list by the Wednesday before the party weekend.
• Exclusive Hire Party: A guest list is not required.

• Cancellation Fee: $50 (non-refundable).
• You can reschedule to another date and time, subject to availability. Changes must be made at least 7 days in advance.

• To request background displays, entertainers, or face painters, email party details (including photos of the setup, number of displays, and character themes) to the Children’s Services Supervisor for approval.

• Yes, but decorations cannot be attached to the internal or external walls, fences, or existing hanging decorations.
• No pinatas or coloured confetti.
• Only free-standing decorations are allowed.

• No, we do not have heating or refrigeration facilities.
• Additional equipment such as kettles, coffee machines, food warmers, BBQs, extra tables, or chairs is not allowed.
• No alcohol is allowed on the premises.

• You’re welcome to organize your own food.
• Catering can also be arranged through the on-site café. To inquire about catering:

Cannington Leisureplex:

Additional Information:

• On-site cake storage is not available.
• Food vans, coffee vans, and food stalls are not allowed due to the on-site café.
• External caterers are permitted.
• Pizza delivery is allowed on-site.

• 2 hours of private use of the Play Centre and party area.
• Entry for up to 40 children, with a maximum of 80 people (including adults and children).
• The hire includes:
  • 1 birthday party chair
  • 3 tables
  • 5 benches for children
  • Up to 25 chairs for parents
  • 3 trestle tables for food/presents
• The setup cannot be moved or altered.
• No extra tables or chairs allowed in the birthday party area.
• No access to the creche courtyard or the café area tables and chairs next to the Play Centre.

• You can access the party room 30 minutes before your party start time.

• Upon arrival, go to the main reception at Leisureplex and inform them that your party has arrived. Provide your child’s name.
• A staff member will guide you to the Play Centre, explain the hire conditions, and provide a cleaning checklist.
• Guests will meet you directly in the Play Centre.

• The 2-hour party time includes cleaning time.
• You are responsible for cleaning the party area, which must be left clean at the end of the hire.
• Additional fees may apply if the Play Centre is not cleaned.
• All cleaning equipment and products will be provided.

• 2 hours of reserved party area within the pool facilities.
• Continued water play after the reserved party time has ended.
• Free access to the waterslide (during session times).
• Free use of BBQs available upon request.
• The hire includes:
• 3 trestle tables
• 2 trestle tables for children
• 20 chairs for children
• 1 trestle table for food/presents
• Tables and chairs will be set up in the Splash Jungle courtyard or inside the pool area.
• The pool area, Splash Jungle, and waterslide are open to the general public during party times.
• The party setup cannot be moved or altered.
• Extra tables and chairs are not allowed to be brought into the pool facilities.

• You can access the party tables 15 minutes before the party starts.
• Tables and chairs will be set up in the Splash Jungle courtyard or inside the pool area.

• Upon arrival, go to the main reception at Leisureplex and inform them that your party has arrived. Provide your child’s name.
• A staff member will direct you to the pool area and party location.
• Your guests will also be directed to the pool area and party location.

• Waterslide access is included for free (during session times).
• BBQ use is free upon request. Let us know when booking if you'd like to add BBQ hire to your package.

• Standard entry fees apply for additional guests. See pricing.
• Siblings of the party guest aged 3 and under, who are not included on the guest list, can enter for free when accompanied by a full-paying adult.

• 2 hours of reserved party area within the pool facilities.
• Continued water play after the reserved party time has ended.

• Upon arrival, go to the main reception at Leisureplex and inform them that your party has arrived. Provide your child’s name.
• A staff member will direct you to the pool area and party location.
• Your guests will also be directed to the pool area and party location.

• Waterslide access is included for free (during session times).
• BBQ use is free upon request. Let us know when booking if you'd like to add BBQ hire to your package.
