Want to try something a little different? Aerial yoga brings traditional yoga practice to a new altitude. In this unique class, you’ll use yoga silks to explore some familiar shapes and postures in new ways. Aerial yoga can help you bend a bit deeper and invert with ease.

This 8-week adults only course is $180 for the term and runs on Saturdays form 8.15am – 9.15am at Riverton Leisureplex F.I.I.T. Factory.

Enrolments are now open for Term 4 2024. Term 4 Adult Aerial Yoga begins 19 October and finishes 7 December.

Adult Aerials

Loved Aerial Yoga? Challenge yourself further with our Adults Aerials course.

This artistically curated course is designed to build upon skills and techniques over a 5-week term. With more moderately paced sequences you will learn to perfect the art of aerial silks, practice mindful movement and master coordination and flow in positions and poses that cannot be done using a mat or reformer.

This term program is only $112.50 for the 5-week course and runs on Saturdays from 10.30am – 11.30am at Riverton Leisureplex in the F.I.I.T. Factory.

Kids Aerials

Are your kids bored with traditional exercise? Why not try Kids Aerials!

In our unique Kids Aerials course’s your kids will learn techniques and skills to gracefully climb, wrap and twist while suspended in aerial silks. Your kids will have loads of fun learning the art of Aerial's while developing their strength, fitness and flexibility.

We have two styles of Kids Aerials on offer:

The Saturday Kids Aerial Hammock class is designed for beginners aged 7-14, using a single silk hammock, and takes place every Saturday from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at Riverton Leisureplex in the F.I.I.T. Factory.

The Saturday Kids Aerial Hammock course runs for 9 weeks at $128.25 per term. The course will take place from October 19 to December 7.

The Thursday Kids Aerial Silks class is perfect for intermediate students aged 10-14, featuring two anchored silks, and is held every Thursday from 4:45 pm to 5:45 pm at Riverton Leisureplex in the F.I.I.T. Factory.

Thursday Kids Aerial Silks course spans 10 weeks at $142.50 per term. The course will run from October 17 to December 12, with a break on November 21.

Allow your teens to take their aerial learning to the next level with the NEW Teen Lyra Hoop!

Teen Lyra Hoop offers an elegant and bold approach to strength training. Suspended in the hoop, students will master a dynamic blend of spins and poses, all while enhancing their flexibility, coordination, and confidence.

This unique course is led by our expert aerial performer, Jade, and will run as a 5-week short program on Thursdays from 6 pm to 7 pm, the course begins on November 7 and continues until December 12, with a break on November 21.

Hang out at our Beginner Lyra Hoop class!

Lyra gives a new elegant and bold perspective to strength training. Suspended in a Lyra Hoop you will learn a mix of spins and poses while developing flexibility and coordination.

This amazing and unique course is instructed by our highly trained Aerial performer Jade.

Attention new mothers, do you have a bub aged 8 weeks to 18 months? Join us at Riverton Leisureplex for our Mums and Cubs class, which aims to kick start your postnatal journey.

The program allows mums with babies to connect with their new baby in a private studio. It enables them to rehabilitate safely postpartum and meet other mothers.

The 10 week course is $105 and runs on Mondays 9.30am – 10.15am at Riverton Leisureplex in Meeting Room 5.
