Please Note:

• A $5.00 weekly hold fee applies to all suspensions.
• Your suspension request will not be processed until payment has been made.
• Payment can be made in person or over the phone.
• Suspensions are for a minimum of 2 weeks, and a maximum of 6 weeks per calendar year can be taken.
